As an Investigation Analyst, Abigail provides her keen attention to detail, intuitive nature, and strong analytical skills to support the ILG team. She has a background in social work and an MSW in Policy Practice from the University of Connecticut. As the middle child of seven, she is observant, curious, and practiced in getting all sides of interpersonal conflicts. She is open-minded and eager to understand the behaviors and intentions of others. Abigail genuinely finds joy in reading, writing, and editing, which has contributed to making her a skilled verbal communicator.

Throughout her education, Abigail finetuned her research, writing, and critical thinking skills through program development and evaluation, policy analyses, and policy briefs. She cultivated strong interpersonal and organizational skills working in an array of clinical, community, and policy-oriented roles that largely focused on client education, health, and wellbeing. Through this work, Abigail discovered her expertise in building rapport, asking the right questions, and active listening to analyze and solve problems.  Abigail considers herself a lifelong learner and believes in the importance of taking the time to consider all possibilities before jumping to a conclusion.

Abigail lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her partner, Zack and their two pets, Milo and Pepper. She loves to travel and immerse herself in new experiences particularly in outdoor settings. When Abigail is not working or spending quality time with loved ones, she is most likely cooking, reading, or cultivating her garden.
