Investigations Law Group (ILG) specializes in providing strategic response services to private industry, business and educational clients geared toward building the workplace and college communities of the future. At ILG, we have worked since 1995 providing sophisticated response solutions to conflict and crisis mediation, and building intentional cultures where people do their best work and learning every day.
The first response to crisis in an organization is frequently a swift and impartial investigation. At ILG, we conduct this work at the highest level in the field. Our proprietary team, data analysis process, Wall Street level writing, client care program, and top tier talent are just a few ways that ILG stands apart from other investigations firms. Our investigators are trained in workplace and Title IX investigations, including trauma informed interviewing, and they hold certificates from ATIXA and the Association of Workplace Investigators. Our clients can rely on the findings we provide. Simply put, ILG has the best team and the most experience in the region.
It is often necessary to understand the culture and dynamics that got an organization into a state of crisis in the first place. This is where our culture assessment team can help. A state legislature, private industries, and non-profit organizations have all relied on ILG to conduct comprehensive analyses of workplace culture, and the appropriate policy and practices required to get back on track. To create lasting change moving forward, a responsible organization must understand ground zero.
Rebuilding company culture – whether following a merger and acquisition or repairing teams and foundations after a high profile investigation – takes deep experience and a special touch. ILG provides sophisticated tools to help with this. Compliance training and strategic advice services can keep the positive momentum going forward.
Finally, for those cases that cannot be resolved at an early stage, Liz and Anne offer expert witness services for both the defense and plaintiff.
We are the go-to experts nationwide in the practice and scholarship of impartial investigations and workforce crisis recovery.
We will continually perfect the art of our craft, built around a collaborative analytic model, to provide the tools our clients need to identify problem behavior, build workplace engagement, resolve conflicts, and restore workplace productivity and harmony.
One of the things that sets ILG apart is our team. We have experience and expertise that is unparalleled in the Intermountain West.

I have used Liz a number of times over the years. She is the best investigator I have used. She is easy to work with, and is thorough, knowledgeable, and an expert on legal and HR issues. She responds quickly. Liz is an excellent resource for any organization, and she should be on anyone’s call list / address list. There is no better resource than Liz and ILG for investigations and advice, and I would use her services time and time again.
