Kim is an accomplished Human Resources professional, with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and the legal field assisting corporate and litigation attorneys.  She has expertise in employee relations, total rewards programs, benefits plan administration, compliance management, and workplace safety.  Kim is knowledgeable in employment laws affecting employee relations, benefits, and workers’ compensation.  Kim is a trusted and effective business partner with a high standard of integrity and ethics with a focus on customer satisfaction and collaborative communication with teams to develop creative and innovative solutions.
