Investigator and Compliance Analyst

Before joining ILG, Andy worked for nearly a decade in employment law, first at a plaintiff-side law firm, where he litigated cases on behalf of employees in nationwide class action cases and complex litigation, then at a management-side employment law firm, where he counseled employers on how to develop sound policies as part of his litigation practice.  Andy’s work on both the plaintiff- and defense-side of the aisle provides him with a unique perspective in his role conducting impartial workplace investigations.

As Investigator for ILG, Andy has provided services for a broad range of ILG clients, including large corporations, small privately-owned businesses, federal governmental entities and non-profit organizations. His practice has included hostile work environment claims, employee misconduct, retaliation, and discrimination and harassment based on sex, race, age and other legally-protected characteristics.  Andy brings his superb writing skills, persistent analytic diligence, tireless work ethic and perfectionism to his work as an ILG Investigator.
