Attorney Investigator – Civil Rights
Denver’s Investigations Law Group (ILG) seeks an enthusiastic, hard-working and analytical Attorney Investigator to join our dynamic team in Denver. ILG is the first workplace investigations firm in the Intermountain West, and we have been providing clients with the highest level of expertise in this field since 1994. ILG team members are actively involved in our professional communities and have been trusted with high profile investigation matters in the state of Colorado and elsewhere.
The successful candidate has 4 years+ experience in employment, workplace investigations or a related practice, admitted to the Colorado Bar in good standing, is excited about working in this demanding and exciting arena, has strong writing skills, is curious, self-motivated, collaborative and team oriented.? You are committed to meeting deadlines and obligations to our clients and the Firm and have a demonstrated attention to detail and an ability to manage stress in a mature manner. You also have strong interpersonal skills and are able to prioritize effectively.
We provide our team with robust training, internal and external, in workplace and Title IX investigations, through our Investigator Training Program.
As an Attorney Investigator at ILG you will execute on all of the steps of an impartial investigation. This includes drafting detailed investigation reports, conducting interviews, analyzing data and reaching findings. This position may require travel. You may be asked to perform other duties appropriate to the skill, experience and education level of the candidate, and the needs of the Firm.
Compensation Range for this position: $80,000 – $125,000 plus discretionary annual bonus based on performance, merit and other contributions to the Firm.
