Jen is the glue that holds ILG together and is the primary touch point between our practice and our clients.  Jen specializes in workplace investigations and strategic HR services.

Prior to joining ILG, Jen worked in the legal field for over 20 years specializing in human resources, talent acquisition, strategic planning and client satisfaction. Jen has experience in creating and implementing surveys, organizing data, project design and project management. Jen has deep experience in building and maintaining healthy company culture.

Jen wears a lot of hats at ILG but her primary role is ensuring smooth and regular client outreach and communication, logistical and tactical support on matters and client file organization and maintenance. Jen is responsible for the Firm’s marketing and community outreach, and coordinates culture strengthening initiatives both within the firm and for our clients.  Jen works with clients on their human resource needs and also assists with investigations and analysis.

Jen is active in her community in Evergreen, Colorado as a community volunteer to various nonprofit organizations. Jen is a graduate of Doherty High School and West Texas A&M University, where she graduated cum laude.
