In this hour-long presentation, we will cover legal developments, the latest from the EEOC and practice tips and takeaways from these three different perspectives. What new kinds of claims are employers seeing in the wake of this movement? What concerns should employees have about the changed, and perhaps more polarized, work environment? How has #MeToo accelerated and pressurized the practice of workplace investigations? We will explore these and other developments in what we hope will be a lively lunchtime discussion.
