Katrina M. Jones
Katrina has dedicated her professional career to Employment Law, Human Rights, and diversity. Prior to joining ILG, Katrina worked as a plaintiff-side attorney in a New York City law firm, where her practice mainly focused on Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Katrina specializes in workplace and Title IX investigations.
She graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a special certificate in Labor and Employment Law. Prior to attending law school, Katrina worked as a Facilitator/Coordinator for an organization that offered diversity, leadership, and team building training. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis majoring in Marketing Management.
Katrina is active in the local community as a Board Member for Empower Community High School; as well as, other parent committees within her children’s schools. In her free time, Katrina enjoys gardening, travelling, and spending time with her family.
