Katrina M. Jones
Attorney Investigator

Katrina has dedicated her professional career to Employment Law, Human Rights, and diversity. Prior to joining ILG, Katrina worked as a plaintiff-side attorney in a New York City law firm for more than fifteen years. Her practice focused on Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  In that position, she sharpened her research, analytical, and interpersonal skills—all of which helps her be a thorough and effective Investigator.

Although Katrina works on a variety of matters, her practice speciality is discrimination and disability/accessibility cases. She has received specialized training in those areas. She has also been trained as a Title IX Investigator, Advisor, and Hearing Officer. Additionally, Katrina offers her services as a trained mediator for workplace issues and the Title IX Informal Resolution process.

Katrina graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a special certificate in Labor and Employment Law. Prior to attending law school, Katrina worked as a Program Coordinator and Facilitator for a non-profit organization that offers diversity, leadership, and team building training. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis majoring in Marketing Management.

Katrina is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and serves on the Webinar Committee. She is active parent in her children’s school serving on various parent committees. She is also a past Board Member for Empower Community High School. In her free time, Katrina enjoys gardening, travelling, and spending time with her family.
